		<description>They sure are.  They&#039;re made (at least in the USA) under the Prismacolor brand.  You can get them pretty much anywhere that sells art supplies.  If you live near one, most shops I&#039;ve been to have open-stock so that you can get just the color you want without having to buy a set.  They also sell the red/blue pencils.</description>

The pincil is fully intact and has an eraser inside the of the shaft, opposite the graphite. Can you help me date this pencil?</description>
